Subject	Air duct with Jwt air filter?

Message	Hello, i was just wondering if i can remove the two lateral air ducts with a Jwt air filter single pop? I have my bumper down and i can do it. Could i have problem without them? Parts are 62860P and 62860Q [ http://www.courtesyparts.com/betasite/images/z32/z32_628-2.gif ] Thanks for you help ^_^
